Located at a prominent intersection in the Gold Coast neighborhood, this 2-story aged, stucco-like commercial building was in need of a renovation. This conceptual study looked into re-cladding the façade with a snap-in metal panel system along with cedar wood planking. The renovation would allow for a high-end retail tenant occupying both floors.
