Settled in a rustic and wooded site close to Lake Michigan, this project consists of 37 cottage style homes on individual lots, chosen from five prototype models ranging from 1,220 s.f. to 2,400 s.f. A 2,100 s.f. community clubhouse with swimming pool was also part of the master site planning. Every effort was made to not disturb the natural site when it came to locating the houses, as well as implementing pervious gravel roads and landscaping to be pure to the original setting.
