A well-respected community bank, Bridgeview Bank was looking for a presence in this southwest side neighborhood. As a new construction facility, this 3,700 s.f., 1-story branch bank included teller stations, conference room, offices, lounge, and drive-thru stations. The building was designed to have a more industrial/loft feel, while still maintaining the bank's strong community reputation.
